Daily life as a believer who lives amidst a family of sinners and unbelievers poses great challenges. Being a believer in a dysfunctional family requires love, patience, humility, long suffering and most importantly a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Trying to obtain these qualities by my own effort is impossible and always leads to defeat. So how do I make it through such extreme odds?
As my first post I wanted to make it clear that Jesus Christ is not a religion. Jesus Christ is the true God of the heavens and earth and religion is man's attempt to qualify himself righteous before God. The religious leaders during the time of Jesus were consumed with religiosity and the law therefore becoming proud and boastful.
